If you require an end to end event management service, Venues for Business can also provide a total or partial event management solution. This is for a pre arranged fee and we can be as involved as much or as little as you would like us to be.

We understand that on the event day, delivery of the event content and delegate engagement is paramount. Venues for Business can support you with the venue & supplier liaising, so that you can focus completely on the task at hand.
The team all have international experience of managing conferences for up to 5000 delegates, as well as many years working within hotels and venues operationally, so will be an invaluable resource on site.
Before the event takes place, a member of our team will carry out a thorough inspection of the venue for you, to ensure all of the rooms are set out correctly, catering and registration is up and running, and the AV equipment has been fully tested and ready.
